Aloha and welcome to Equitas Academy #5!

We are the newest member of the Equitas family of schools, which opened the Fall of 2019. As the fifth location, we aim to continue closing the achievement gap by upholding the same standard of excellence evident in our four existing school locations.

At Equitas Academy, we provide a structured, achievement-based community that prepares students to graduate from four-year colleges and universities. Equitas is a place that provides scholars an equitable learning experience that encourages their development into persons capable of and determined to make meaningful contributions to society, and thereby fulfilling the educational goals to become self-motivated, competent, and lifelong learners. We believe that by developing the whole child – both academic and social-emotional competencies, scholars will have the hard and soft skills necessary to get to and through college. 

EQ5 is a community in which scholars, families, and educators support, challenge, and celebrate one another’s brilliance and uniqueness. We believe in the power and potential of all people, with connectivity and wellness being the heart of our work. We embrace who we are, advocate for what we need, and commit to leading with equity and social justice in mind. Today is where we are, and we are along this journey together.
