Mr. Kinney, EQ5 Enrichment Teacher and Instructional Coach, believes in EQ5’s vision of supporting and celebrating all of our scholar’s brilliance and beauty. Troy grew up in Northern California but moved to Springfield, Missouri where he went to undergrad at Evangel University.  He later pursued a Master’s of Divinity from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, Ca. Troy started off at Equitas Academy, the Pico campus, in the fall of 2014 as a Public Speaking Enrichment Teacher. In the Spring of 2017, he stepped into the role of Dean at EQ. After serving as Dean for just over two years at EQ, Troy was excited to join the founding EQ5 Team as an Enrichment Teacher and Instructional Coach. He is excited to see EQ5 grow in their public speaking skills this year.
